Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and sealed products in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products that are used, opened, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes a quality check.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original packaging or tags
